    Pour boiling water (190-200°F) over one flower in a clear glass mug/pot, use a bamboo tong to weigh it down so it's completely submerged. Close the lid. Let it steep for 3-5 mins.

      This was my first purchase and definitely not my last. I didn't know what I was missing out on until I tried herbal tea and I will be a forever customer from here on.

      The Blue Lotus had me relaxed and ready for bed by the end of the first cup and the Shangri-La Rose was EXTREMELY beneficial to my chronic digestive and bloating issues. I've not tried the Royal Chrysanthemum (yet) but will be indulging in it tomorrow.
